We are Kyle and Katherin Monks, the proud owners of Mountain Valley Flooring and Design. Our journey began in the construction world, with Kyle rebuilding homes for a realtor and Katherin working in healthcare at Primary Children’s Hospital. After we married, Kyle decided to specialize in flooring, and we started a flooring installation company from the ground up. Within a year, the business grew so rapidly that Katherin joined full-time to help manage the company and our installation crews.
At Mountain Valley Flooring, we are passionate about what we do, and we love the people we get to work with. Kyle, who still actively installs floors, has developed a deep interest in self-leveling, dedicating himself to mastering the best products and techniques to ensure top-notch results at incredible prices.
